I'm tired again... a long day of doing practically nothing. I discovered that I really like spending time alone. I can watch what I want, when I want while eating what I want. I can stop in the middle of an episode of something and just read for a while or scrapbook something. I think I've got ADD. Or something. I can't seem to focus on one thing for very long.
I went to the store today and about squeed when I found a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop. Yeah I got excited over a MOP. OMG. I am getting OLD!!!!!! Seriously last week it was vacuums bringing me joy and now a mop. I really need ot get laid I think. :P I'm domesticating. It's scary.
I BAKED today too. WTF? I made raspberry peach cobbler. MMMM was yummy over vanilla ice cream. :D
But then I bought a giant bubble wand... so maybe I am still a kid.
I finished another book last night. The nonfiction one. Scared the crap outta me. Was about this guy who found women online and then killed them. Though I suppose serial killers can find their victims anywhere. Once I started writing this story about a serial killer who was inspired by Shakespeare... maybe I should try to finish that one...I watched "The Shakespeare Code" again today... made my dad watch it. He didn't get all the HP jokes in it, but I pointed them out. He though the witches' make up was SOOO cool. LOL He kept raving about it.
Last week I made my mom give me some old photos because I wanted to scrapbook them. I scanned them into my computer and printed them so she could have the originals... I also found an old book of my grandmas and some pictures with her handwriting on them. That stuff is all under the cut, along with the scrapbook pages I made with them.

I have had a very lazy, relaxing weekend. I got my hair cut yesterday. I had to walk to the salon to make an appointment because she changed her phone number. She cut off all the damaged stuff. Got my mom to dye it today. Dark red/brown like before. I;ll take a picture and post it later this week.
Friday night I scrapbooked with Lou. Posted pictures of that on my blog. This memory card reader from school is a big help. :) I borrowed Amy's camera ( canon rebel) and took a few pictures with it. Am thinking I am still more in love with the Nikon..even if icky Ashton is there spokesperson. Maybe I need to play with Amy's a little more before I decide. I do still need to take those pics of my Temple of Groban for Em. Would prefer to do that in the daylight though...maybe tomorrow after school.
Other things I did this weekend: drooled over Josh vids & pics, nap, watch crap on tv, eat junk, & read.
FOUR MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL!!!!!!! Wootsauce!
It's roasting in here even though I've got the back door open. My landlord needs to come hook up my AC this week.

3 years ago today I saw the lovely Mr. Groban for the 3rd time. The first time UP CLOSE. He smiled at me. I handed him a scrapbook. I made him say he Ruled the Universe. He touched my hand during NLG. He came out and signed at the busses but I was way in the back and could barely see him. I also took a picture for Chris Botti while 10,000 people waited.

I feel like yuck again. Meh. I thought I was getting better. Yesterday I felt great. Today my cough was worse, and my head really really hurt now. Half of the crap feeling is I have to go back to work. Sometimes i really hate work, like all of 3rd quarter. It's all about test prep. There's Parent teacher conferences, a slew of inservices on Saturdays, and that holiday of evol...VD. *pukes*
At least I got the hang with April & Kaitee this afternoon. We tried teaching her to say "Josh" since she's making sounds now... we came close. It was more like "Joshie". Then we got her to say "JoshKaitee"

Yesterday was pretty lazy. I read my book for a long while.Then I chatted on line with the girlies. I went grocery shopping with my mom. Came home, ate lunch and read some more. Then I fell asleep for 2 hours. Lou came over and brought me nuggests of doom. I made 2 Christmas presents. Lou & I rented movies and made brownies. I did my laundry and hated my washer even more.
Today I slept in until almost 10. I finished my book. Then I watch The Sentinel while grading papers. Now I have to upload pics from my camera and print them out for my bulletin board. I am so dreading school tomorrow. I don't want to know what psycho mom's problem is with me now. I'd rather just avoid it. I even considered calling in sick to avoid it, but eventually I'll have to go before the boss and hear what he has to say. Best get it over with. Ugh. I still have to plan my afterschool lesson for tomorrow. Argh. Last week I let them just play educational smartboard games, but that made them insane. So we've got to do work.
This makes me squee though.

OK the other night while april & Lou played seamstress in my living room I tried to do a photoshoot thing with kaity. Well, I admire people who are able to photograph young children in a "formal" setting because OMG. LOL.
I managed this. no editing or anything here.
My dog is on the most serious crack lately. He jumped in my bed last night (Bindi must have been passed out becuase she didn't growl and usually she does if he gets near the bed).Anyway middle of my sleep he jumps up in my bed nad stands there looming over me. I try and push him off, but he's 80lbs and not moving. I had to get out of bed and let them outside. In the morning he barges into the bathroom and harasses me. Then while I'm putting on my make up he puts his paws on the counter. later I sit on the couch adn he CRAWLS in my lap. Oo. Weird dog.
I got a phone call from that guy who my dad left to watch me. He seemed really nice, but still it was weird. LOL.
He was like" hey there this is your surrogate dad " ummm okay. LOL. He did say I could call him anytime day or night that he's used to it becuase he's got kids and grandkids. Nice to know in case of an emergency, but I'd probbaly call my friends first. :)
The assembly that was supposed ot shave off 30 min of teaching today... didn't happen. Though we all stupidly gathered for it anyway, even though the firefighters didn't show up last year either. We did the wave instead. LOL.
OH OH! I got AWESOME mail today. *SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!*
Am only leaving this post unlocked for a few days, and then it will go hidey. So if you wnat to share with grandma's then do it quick! :)

I went back and Friends Locked my entire journal. thank goodness I have a paid account, it was easy! I'm going to go back and unlock the Joshly concert posts & probably the Kaitee picture posts later this weekend.... but from here on in it's got to be protected. I liked having everything out there, but there are some things certian people shouldn't read.

Yeah I lied earlier... I said I only uploaded 100... well that was only about half of my pictures... I didn't realize PB didn't upload all the files I'd put in the folder. So I am still uploading. I bet there about 250 (or more)of them total. Yep, just checked my folder info... 255. So half of my 498 pics were decent. A lot of them were better than that! :D

Josh summoning his "diva" piano. I was so excited to get this shot. :)
Then Loosh came on and did her thing during which Judy and I made the switch and she got to sit in the 3rd row. I didn't miss Kashmir but thought I was too far away to get any pictures so I didn't even try. It was cool to see the light show that accomanied it. From my other seats I never even noticed. LOL One of the security people was sitting beside me and Jerry was too far away to protect me. But I made nice with her and asked her if she enjoyed the show adn like Josh... then I started to take some picture. I didn't take very many because they weren't near as good as the 3rd row, but I took a handful of decent ones.Even without my extra lens I was surprised at how close I was I able to zoom. One problem my camera kept focusing on the heads of people in front of me instead of Josh which ruined a bunch of pictures and kept me from taking more.
